Eddie Bell’s French Sojourn - impressions d'un poète américain en France
Edward Bell est un poète américain, connu également comme enseignant, photographe et spécialiste des minorités ethniques.
En mars 2003, il est l'invité de plusieurs universités en France et passe plusieurs jours à Clermont-Ferrand et Veyre-Monton dont il ramènera des souvenirs gravés dans le marbre.

"In March of 2003, I traveled to Paris, then to Clermont-Ferrand and back again to Paris for a two and a half week stay in France reading my poetry and lecturing to French university and high school students. And for sure I spent as much time as possible touring and enjoying French hospitality and culture, which, of course, included many sumptuous meals and generous samplings of good wine.
The pictorial essay captures some of the many remarkable moments of this extraordinary adventure. The people depicted in the photographs are the students, faculty and friends whom I interacted with during my stay."
